Termination Either Party may terminate this Agreement with written notice. Intellectual Property Upon payment, all intellectual property created under this Agreement shall transfer exclusively to the Client. Limitation of Liability The Contractor shall not be liable for: • Shopify platform outages • Third-party application failures • Hosting issues • Payment processor outages • Changes made by the Client after project completion 19. Governing Law This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the Province of Saskatchewan and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. 20. Entire Agreement This document constitutes the entire agreement between the Parties and supersedes all prior discussions or understandings regarding this project. I am looking for an experienced audiovisual artist or creative studio to develop visuals for a four-hour immersive techno performance.
