1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the Zenfl waitlist page (the "Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. In addition, when using these services, you shall be subject to any posted guidelines or rules applicable to such services.

2. Description of Service

Zenfl is a forthcoming software-as-a-service (SaaS) product. Currently, we are collecting email addresses from interested users who wish to be notified about the project updates and its official launch. The Service is provided "as-is" and is currently limited to a waitlist feature.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to sign up for our waitlist. By signing up, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old.

4. User Conduct

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. You agree not to take any action that might compromise the security of the Service, render the Service inaccessible to others, or otherwise cause damage to the Service or its content.

5. Intellectual Property

All content is proprietary to Zenfl. Nothing contained on the Service should be construed as granting any license or right to use any trademark displayed on this site without the written permission of Zenfl.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Zenfl be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your use or inability to use the Service; (ii) any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein.

7. Modifications to the Service

Zenfl reserves the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Service (or any part thereof) with or without notice. You agree that Zenfl shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the Service.

8. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Georgia, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

9. Changes to the Terms of Service

Zenfl reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms of Service at any time. If the alterations constitute a material change to the Terms of Service, Zenfl will notify you by posting an announcement on the Service. What constitutes a material change will be determined at Zenfl’s sole discretion.
