As our media presence grows, we're now focused on the next phase: identifying the **highest-value podcasts, YouTube channels, influencers, and strategic partners** most likely to generate qualified consultation calls, affiliate relationships, and product sales. This is primarily a **research position**, not an outreach or sales role. Your responsibility is to identify the **right opportunities**, not simply the largest number of opportunities. The qualified leads you develop will be provided to our existing podcast booking agent for outreach and interview scheduling. ## About Us Bluezwater is an education-first wellness company dedicated to teaching innovative approaches to recovery, performance, and chronic health challenges. Your initial assignment is to identify approximately **50 highly qualified opportunities** that closely match our ideal audience and have strong potential to generate consultation calls, affiliate partnerships, and product sales. We're looking for carefully researched opportunities—not large generic lists. ## Responsibilities Research and identify: * Podcasts * YouTube channels * Wellness influencers * Biohacking influencers * Functional medicine practitioners * Chiropractors * Sports performance professionals * Longevity experts * Wellness educators Evaluate each opportunity based on: * Audience fit with our products and educational mission * Predominantly U.S. audience (preferred) * Evidence that the host recommends products or services they genuinely believe in * Existing sponsors, affiliate programs, or referral relationships * Likelihood of becoming a long-term affiliate or referral partner * Overall potential to generate qualified consultation calls and product sales Provide an organized spreadsheet that includes: * Show or channel name * Host or creator name * Website * Contact information * Audience description * Estimated audience size (when available) * Social media links * Notes explaining why the opportunity is a strong fit * Priority ranking (A, B, or C) ## Ideal Candidate Experience in one or more of the following is preferred: * Market research * Internet research * Podcast research * Influencer research * Affiliate program research * Lead generation * Strategic partnership research Experience in wellness, biohacking, functional medicine, chiropractic, sports performance, health technology, or longevity is a significant advantage. Most importantly, we're looking for someone who can think strategically and identify opportunities likely to produce meaningful business results—not simply compile lists. ## Compensation This is a **fixed-price research project**. The initial project is to deliver approximately **50 high-quality opportunities**. We may divide the project into milestones so we can review the quality of the research before proceeding with the full project. If your research consistently leads to podcast appearances, affiliate partnerships, qualified consultation calls, and product sales, there will be opportunities for ongoing work and performance-based bonuses. There is also an opportunity to grow beyond the research role. If you have experience in partnership development, affiliate marketing, influencer outreach, or business development—and you're interested in helping develop relationships with the opportunities you identify—we're open to expanding your responsibilities over time. Our flagship products, including the **BG-60 Clinical Hydrogen System** and **High-Gauss PEMF Systems**, each include a **$500 commission pool per sale**. Individuals who help develop strategic partnerships that result in affiliate relationships and product sales may be eligible to participate in performance-based incentive programs, including commission-sharing opportunities, based on their contribution. ## To Apply Please provide: 1.
