Food delivery works like major platform; rideshare works like uber; live works like twitch and videos works like youtube. The recruiter can select any category (eg. rideshare, food, ecommerce,, etc) and any country (with an initial focus being Canada). Structure (example rideshare): recruiter will recruit drivers. For every driver that is registered, the recruiter will earn each time (permanently) when the driver receives a ride. This applies to every category that the recruiter recruits in. No interview or anything special needed. For example, if recruiting drivers, as long as they already drive, they can register on the platform. When you sign up to the platform, in your profile, click on recruit. Each time the section you recruit signs up, add their username there to begin earning whenever they receive an order. This applies to every category. EVERY SINGLE CATEGORY you recruit in
